Love the improvements!

This app is a lemon. Use another third party app if you need to move photos and videos to a new phone-I am trying to get them in the cloud because my new iPhone will have a different Apple ID for reasons I wont get into here. I did notice favorable reviews until recently, so get your act together, Verizon.

Does all that I need it to do!

This app is awesome at first I had no available storage so I deleted some of my apps and download this one and now I have available storage to do what ever. Thanks Verison!

Dont like it when contacts duplicate and some people find it very complicated and not user friendly.

I love this App! So easy to use and i can see my photos from Samsung phone to Ipad and vice versa! Love it!

Verizon Cloud backup service is a must have app. It backs up more than just contact information. Its good to have even if you have another backup app installed. Its good to backup in multiple locations so you know your data is safe.

I have used this from the first time it launched I also have iCloud backup works the same I have fios 5G works fantastic for video and everything else

What a lifesaver. Was terrified to update my iPhone OS knowing so many people lost photos and contacts. This app saved me so much heartache from losing years worth of concerts, baby photos, and selfies with my boyfriend!

Really helps you stay organized

I love that I can back all my stuff up on here and always have access to it if my phone ever breaks or gets lost!

I thought I had lost all of my granddaughters wedding pictures that were lost when my phone was wiped clean. When I opened my I cloud. It was busy restoring them!!! Thank you!!
